Altun said, "Apart from Turkey's foreign trade with its infrastructure investments made in recent years, the steps it has taken to get a share from world trade in the field of logistics are bearing fruit. The exhibition, which was attended by companies from all over the world, once again revealed Turkey's power in logistics. logitrans, which is the first physical exhibition organized among international logistics trade exhibitions in the pandemic, also proved its success. In his evaluation of the exhibition, TİM President İsmail Gülle stated that logitrans is the largest transport and logistics exhibition in the Eurasian region and added: "The exhibition is the most suitable platform for establishing business relations in the intercontinental supply chain between Europe and Asia. 2021 is a very important year for Turkey's exports. logitrans, which forms a perfect bridge between Europe and the Near East, is of great importance in achieving our export targets. "
"The rate of business agreements and negotiations is at a record level compared to the past years"
Many important Turkish logistics service providers such as Turkish Cargo, Sarp Intermodal, Omsan and Arkas, who participated in the exhibition, demonstrated the logistics expertise of the Eurasian base. A total of 33 companies from Germany, France, Italy and Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands held intensive business meetings with the German national pavilion at the exhibition. Messe Munich Transport Logistics Exhibition Manager Dr. Robert Schönberger gave the following evaluation about the exhibition: "Compared to the exhibition held two years ago, there has been a decrease in the number of international participants. This is due to the fact that international participants from Asia and overseas countries did not take part in the exhibition due to the pandemic. The rate of concrete business agreements and negotiations is at a record level compared to the past years. Therefore, we believe that the exhibition has been a success and has a permanent place in the exhibition calendar. ”
Nine different sessions were held in three days
The exhibition, which has a very rich conference program, focused on issues such as digitalization, intermodal logistics chains including private railway transportation session and the place of women in the air cargo sector.
